CHOCOLATE AMARETTI CAKE

  Chocolate Amaretti Cake   Ingredients 2 teaspoon grated orange peel 4 eggs cocoa powder[topping] 130g sugar 100g unsalted butter 120g dark chocolate 150g chopped almonds 60g amaretti cookies  cooking spray Method 1) Preheat the oven to 175°C. 2) Spray a 23-cm spring form pan with non-stick spray. Heat the chocolate until melted and smooth by stirring it every 20 Seconds, for about 1 minute. 3) Combine the almonds and cookies in processor. Pulse until the almonds and cookies are finely ground. Transfer the nut cookie mixture to a bowl. Add the butter and sugar to the processor and blend until creamy . Add the grated orange peel and pulse briefly. Add the eggs 1 at a time. Blend until the eggs are incorporated. And blend again. Add the nut mixture and melted chocolate. Pulse until blended. Clean the sides of the bowl. Blend again. 4) Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes until the center puffs and a Skewer inserted into

COCOA BROWNIES

 Ingredients 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 350g milk chocolate chips 60g  cocoa powder 130g plain flour 1 pinch of salt 300g sugar 230g unsalted butter [melted] 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3  eggs Method 1) Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line the baking tin with aluminum foil and spray with  cooking spray. 2) Stir sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs in a medium bowl.  3)Add  flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder all at once and stir well without lumps. Add half of    the chocolate chips and spread the mixture in the baking tin. 4) Bake until the brownies begin to pull away from the edge of the pan and set in the center  [35 minutes].  5)Immediately after taking from oven sprinkle  the remaining sweet chocolate chips and let stand until     the chips are melted.  6)Spread the melted chips evenly over the top of the brownies with a spatula.  7)Let the chocolate cool and then sprinkle with your favorite toppings and press the toppings gently into the chocolate to adhere.  8)Lift the brownies

HAZELNUT COOKIES

  Ingredients: 3/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup oats 3/4 cup cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup hazelnuts [chopped] 1 pinch of salt Directions: 1. Stir in the sugar, oil and vanilla extract, as well as a pinch of salt. 2. Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Give it a good mix then fold in the chopped hazelnuts. 3. Pour off the batter onto your greased pans and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes. 4. Once it’s done, remove from oven and let them cool in the pan. When chilled, transfer to an airtight container to store.
