Homemade tasty Churros

                 Churros. Ingredients: 1 cup water 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup flour 1 egg For coating:: 1/4 cup cinnamon and sugar How to make Churros: 1. Heat 1 3/4 inches of oil in a deep saute pan in high heat. 2. Prepare the dough and let the oil heat aside. 4. First let's make the coating whisk. Add 1/4 cup cinnamon and sugar into a bowl and mix well.  3.Add water, butter,sugar and salt in a pan and boil it in medium heat. 4. Add flour to the boiling water mixture and stir constantly with a spatula until it becomes smooth. 5. Turn off the stove and let the dough cool for about 3-4 minutes . 6. Add egg to the flour and blend well with a electric mixer. Blend well until it becomes smooth. 7.Transfer to a 16 inch piping bag with star tip.  8. Gently pipe the mixture in the oil in 6 inch length.  9. Fry until golden brown. 10. Take from oil and let it dry for 10 seconds and then quickly transfer to the cinnamon sugar mixture. 11. Chocolate panna cotta

  Ingredients : 8g Gelatin 150g of Dark chocolate 280 ml milk 40g sugar 300g whipping cream Method : 1. Soak 8g of Gelatin in 40 ml of water and wait for 10 minutes. 2. Cut 150g of dark chocolate into very tiny pieces. 3. In a vessel add milk, sugar, whipping cream. Place in in the stove and heat in medium flame. Stir continuously to prevent burning.  4. Remove from the stove and Pour the milk mixture into the minced chocolate. 5. Stir the mixture for 4-5 minutes. 6. Add the gelatin mixture to it and mix well until it dissolves. 7. Pour into separate vessels and Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. 8. After 3 hours of cooling, its ready to enjoy.
