CREME BRULEE

Ingredients: 90 gm sugar 1 vannila bean 4 eggs 200 ml milk 200 ml heavy cream Preparation: 1.Separate four yolks from the egg. 2.Add 90 gm sugar to the yolks and beat well. 3.Keep it aside. 4.In a vessel pour 200 ml of heavy cream and milk and boil it well. 5.In the boiling mixture add  vannila bean(cut into half). 6.Once it boils turn off the flame and mix it with the egg. 7.Pour it into ramekins. 8.Bake it in a oven preheated at 150 °C for 40 minutes. 9.Refrigerate for 2 hours. 10.Remove frome the refrigerator. 11.Sprinkle sugar evenly over it. 12.Using a torch burn the sugar to form a caramelised layer. 

Chocolate ice cream

Ingredients : 50g sugar 10g water 50g heavy cream 10g cocoa powder  12g corn starch 60 g sugar 180 g milk 100g chocolate 150g heavy cream Preparation: Cut 100g sweet chocolate into tiny pieces and divide into two bowls.In a pan add 50g sugar and 10g water and make caramel.Add heavy gram to the caramel. In a bowl add cocoa powder ,corn starch and sugar and mix well. Boil milk and after 5 minutes add the cocoa mixture. Heat well and add the 50 g chocolate and keep stirring.In a bowl place a few ice cubes and place the pan over it and stir until it becomes a bit thick. In a bowl beat heavy cream with electric beater. Add it to the  mixture already made and add the caramel sauce and add a few chico chips .Transfer to a container and chill over night. Serve it with cold coffee. LET'S enjoy it.☺☺

CHOCOLATE MUFFIN IS A CUP CAKE RECIPE MADE WITH CHOCOLATE AS KEY INGREDIENT.  INGREDIENT: 1. 90g CHOCOLATE 2.30g OIL 3.30g SUGAR 4.2 EGGS 5.90ml MILK 6.150g PANCAKE MIX 7.15g COCOA POWDER METHOD: 1.MELT 90 GRAMS OF CHOCOLATE. 2.ADD 30 GRAMS OF OIL TO IT. 3.MIX THEM WELL AND ADD 30 GRAMS OF SUGAR. 4.ADD 2 EGGS AND BEAT IT WELL. 5.ADD 90ML MILK AND MIX WELL. 6.ADD 150G PANCAKE MIX AND 15G COCOA POWDER O IT. 7.MIX UNTIL WE GET A THICK CONSISTENCY. 8.POUR THE BATTER IN CUPCAKE TRAY AND BAKE IN 180 DEGREE CELSIUS FOR 20 MINUTES. 9.ADD SPRINKLES AND DONT FORGET THE ICING AND SERVE.
