Chocolate ice cream

Ingredients:
50g sugar
10g water
50g heavy cream
10g cocoa powder 
12g corn starch
60 g sugar
180 g milk
100g chocolate
150g heavy cream

Preparation:
Cut 100g sweet chocolate into tiny pieces and divide into two bowls.In a pan add 50g sugar and 10g water and make caramel.Add heavy gram to the caramel. In a bowl add cocoa powder ,corn starch and sugar and mix well. Boil milk and after 5 minutes add the cocoa mixture. Heat well and add the 50 g chocolate and keep stirring.In a bowl place a few ice cubes and place the pan over it and stir until it becomes a bit thick. In a bowl beat heavy cream with electric beater. Add it to the  mixture already made and add the caramel sauce and add a few chico chips .Transfer to a container and chill over night. Serve it with cold coffee. LET'S enjoy it.☺☺
