Chocolate panna cotta

 


Ingredients:

8g Gelatin

150g of Dark chocolate

280 ml milk

40g sugar

300g whipping cream

Method:

1. Soak 8g of Gelatin in 40 ml of water and wait for 10 minutes.

2. Cut 150g of dark chocolate into very tiny pieces.


3. In a vessel add milk, sugar, whipping cream. Place in in the stove and heat in medium flame. Stir continuously to prevent burning. 

4. Remove from the stove and Pour the milk mixture into the minced chocolate.

5. Stir the mixture for 4-5 minutes.

6. Add the gelatin mixture to it and mix well until it dissolves.

7. Pour into separate vessels and


Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

8. After 3 hours of cooling, its ready to enjoy.
