Chocolate Amaretti Cake Ingredients 2 teaspoon grated orange peel 4 eggs cocoa powder[topping] 130g sugar 100g unsalted butter 120g dark chocolate 150g chopped almonds 60g amaretti cookies cooking spray Method 1) Preheat the oven to 175°C. 2) Spray a 23-cm spring form pan with non-stick spray. Heat the chocolate until melted and smooth by stirring it every 20 Seconds, for about 1 minute. 3) Combine the almonds and cookies in processor. Pulse until the almonds and cookies are finely ground. Transfer the nut cookie mixture to a bowl. Add the butter and sugar to the processor and blend until creamy . Add the grated orange peel and pulse briefly. Add the eggs 1 at a time. Blend until the eggs are incorporated. And blend again. Add the nut mixture and melted chocolate. Pulse until blended. Clean the sides of the bowl.
