Dalgona coffee ☕ is one trending recipes nowadays. First time when I had it I was amazed by the taste. So I thought of sharing the recipes with you. Without wasting time, let's get started.

Ingredients:

Granulated sugar: 1 tablesp Instant coffee: 1 tablesp Hot water: 1 tablesp

Milk:160ml

How to make Dalgona coffee

1. Put sugar and instant coffee in a bowl 2. Boil the water in a microwave and pour in the bowl along with sugar and coffee. 3. Whip with an electric mixer 4. Pour milk in a glass or cup and put the coffee foam from above mixture on top of milk to finish the recipe.

    Soups are light on the stomach, easy to digest, packed with nutrition and it is also known as a good Appetizer. Ingredients 2 Cups of Water 1 Piece Chicken Carcass (Bones of a Chicken) 1 Piece Chicken Leg 2 Tbsp of Long Grain Rice 2 to 3 Pieces of Yellow Corn 2 Carrots Cut into thick pieces 1 Onion Roughly Chopped Stalks of Celery 3 to 4 Buttons Mushrooms 1 tsp of Ginger and Garlic paste Salt to taste Method - Add 2 Cups of Water in a Stalk pot and heat it on a low flame. - Add Carcass of a Chicken (Bones of a Chicken) 1 piece, 1 piece of Chicken leg, 2 Tbsp of long Grain Rice, 2 to 3 Pieces of Yellow Corn, 2 Carrots Cut in thick pieces, 1 Onion roughly Chopped, Stalks of Celery, 3 to 4 Buttons Mushrooms, 1 tsp of Ginger and Garlic paste and Salt to taste. - Increase the flame and let it boil for 20 mins and cook it well. Chocolate panna cotta

  Ingredients : 8g Gelatin 150g of Dark chocolate 280 ml milk 40g sugar 300g whipping cream Method : 1. Soak 8g of Gelatin in 40 ml of water and wait for 10 minutes. 2. Cut 150g of dark chocolate into very tiny pieces. 3. In a vessel add milk, sugar, whipping cream. Place in in the stove and heat in medium flame. Stir continuously to prevent burning.  4. Remove from the stove and Pour the milk mixture into the minced chocolate. 5. Stir the mixture for 4-5 minutes. 6. Add the gelatin mixture to it and mix well until it dissolves. 7. Pour into separate vessels and Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. 8. After 3 hours of cooling, its ready to enjoy.
