CREME BRULEE
Ingredients: 90 gm sugar 1 vannila bean 4 eggs 200 ml milk 200 ml heavy cream Preparation: 1.Separate four yolks from the egg. 2.Add 90 gm sugar to the yolks and beat well. 3.Keep it aside. 4.In a vessel pour 200 ml of heavy cream and milk and boil it well. 5.In the boiling mixture add vannila bean(cut into half). 6.Once it boils turn off the flame and mix it with the egg. 7.Pour it into ramekins. 8.Bake it in a oven preheated at 150 °C for 40 minutes. 9.Refrigerate for 2 hours. 10.Remove frome the refrigerator. 11.Sprinkle sugar evenly over it. 12.Using a torch burn the sugar to form a caramelised layer.
